seat belt bolt
Damn that bolt to hell!! I dont use the passenger seat, so why does it need to be so tight!! I stripped mine out too. Idk if one of those socket things for stripped bold heads would work or not. That thing is tight as hell. If I cam get the panel off at all I'll be happy. It will just give me a... -
stripped seatbelt bolt recommendations?
I stripped the damn head of seatbelt bolt on the passenger side trying to finally get my panels off to paint. I cold just cut the head off, and then kind of shape it like a bolt, or just pound an old socket on it. Anyone else had this problem? Just trying to see which of my ideas would be best...- jonny_b

front door speaker problems
that is why i always call them stealerships. but there were 3 possibilities for your problem. speakers, wiring, head unit. now the speakers are out of the way. paying and still having a problem sucks, buuuuuut now you know that replacing the head unit, which you will also need the $100 wiring...- jonny_b

i am not a fan of kicker full ranges. not smooth highs imo. i went from kickers to walmart pioneer 3 ways i hated them so much. lol. and if your gonna do a component set in the back, why not just go balls deep and slap them right in the side for proper imaging? lol np yello. i did double check...- jonny_b

i mounted mine in the stock location. just bent the metal so the basket would fit, and used the stock bolts and everything. you could cut the excess out, but i just bent it under so it wasnt going to interfere with excursion. if you have to change them more than twice then you are not buying a...- jonny_b

They are kind of faded and look bad. I am wanting to take off all the trim around the side window area and mirrors, sand the mirrors smooth, and paint the all of it gloss black. So instead of the black plastic look around all of the side windows, they actually have some shine. I could just tape...- jonny_b

I am coming up with so many things i want to do now!!! 2 questions. Is the outside rear side window trim on the coupe just held on by clips that will "pop" off, or is it part of the seal for the window? And i saw a how to on taking off the back interior trim somewhere and cant find it now, but...- jonny_b

Damn straight. I bought a few things for my raptor used and will mever do it again. Although the exhaust was a hell of a buy. $200 for an $800 full system. Well then maybe i will try it. The piping is a little smaller. 1.625" to the 1.71" of the bad mab, but i dont think it is that far off...- jonny_b

roof "trim" strip removal?
I think the are just clips too. I will take pics even if i break something. Lol. The clips are what i am worried about breaking. I dont want to go break the strips off of 5-6 junkyard cars to replace them. Lol- jonny_b

Yeah thats what i am thinking, but i really dont want to pry it off and have it break. Lol. It was just a cavalier short shifter off ebay. Whatever was cheapest with shipping. Lol. Who would have guessed me be cheap.......lol. the housing needed a piece cut out, debateable since some did and some didnt, but i wasn't doing it twice. Plus my dads wife had thrown away my pin and orings...- jonny_b
