its okay I kinda made out, It came with a filter and I sold the filter for 25bucks and the intake only cost me 35 so net loss of 10 bucks. but I did prime paint and clear it, as well as buy a 40$ k&n oiled filter. Like I said he will get it back and I will pay shipping, It shouldnt cost too...- Tom

This little 16 year old sold me a custom intake, that doesn't even fit on the car. He was rude when I confronted him and now claims its my problem. and then I find his posts about how much this intake was a problem,so he knew this and then sold it. Enjoy the money prick.- Tom

Update for those who care ha, The lsj Heat exchanger I bought came with no Brackets and fabing them would of been a major pita, I went to the dealer and they cant look up parts without a vin, Came home went on carmax got me a ss vin,went back the next day...Tuned out only one dealer in...- Tom

WANTED ASAP Stock lsj HeatExchanger brackets, LSJ 8 pin Throttlebody Pigtail
Im in the middle of a m62 build I need the following parts ASAP! - Lsj 8 pin wiring harness/pigtail, I doubt any one will have it, So if someone knows the part number I will paypal you a dollar lol -Upper coolant hose for the LSJ -The stock HE brackets, they look like so and same... -

Go for it just do your reading, Like I mentioned, I recommend the GM build boook strongly, and then Hunterkillers,Becks and Gene's Build pages/howtos. Gene has tons of info but its not organized, its a build page like mine, where he just continues to post,But he asked alot of the same things I...- Tom

Its honestly not bad at all,Especially since I have read the GM build instructions(great info) along with the forums and the local Houston club has been very helpful. If I weren't a OCD detail nazi, I could of had this done already lol- Tom

Build day 2 The injectors are wired, I found they cannot be repined, due to the stock pins being larger but I just cut the lsj harness, inserted the wire into the prong and soldered them shut, that way if it needs to return to stock, the pins are still there un-damaged. The Idler and tensioner...- Tom

Little update, I now see what Becks wiring explanation really meant, Once I saw the harness it was crystal clear. The 2.2 fuel injectors harness has +1 plug over the stock Lsj's, and that extra is the Map, So with that figured out the stock 2.5bar map should be really simple to connect, just a...- Tom

lol yea, and I saw you post on css for the stock HE, stay way from it, a front mount cobra is way easier, the lsj requires more work, you have to remove the hood lock assembly and the fan and then some custom work to mount it, I went ahead and bought a cobra and will run them both or just the...- Tom
