No theres a silencer in the muffler. The 2 small nuts on the tip can unscrew and then once those are out take some pliers and pry out the silencer. SS Muffler on LT?
Even if the sizes are different you can weld up a small piece of re size piping to connect the 2. My old muffler was connected to my stock LS piping that way.- 06CobaltLS

Help with headlights?
I would get the first set. I have the same ones(1st gen projectors) with CCFL halo rings. You will not be able to use the stock bulbs in the stock housings now because its a completely different bulb. They are H1 bulbs for the low beams I think and not sure what the high beam bulb is.- 06CobaltLS

Yes, the only flaw is that it hangs really low in the mid section. You can get it fixed at a shop but I never did. Probably should because I took a chunk out of the road this weekend and scraped it all up going camping, so you might want to work on getting that fixed.- 06CobaltLS
