picked up my car today from dealer and tried both remotes with new inserts from keylessfix, both worked perfect, better than new I'd say. I dont have to push the buttons near as hard and it actually feels like their spring loaded or something.

well no word yet other than district rep will call me friday, must be off tomarow for holiday. I did pick the car up and dropped my dmax off for some warrenty work. Door lock, back of seat comming apart and rear main seal leaking. Bought it the same day, only 7000 miles lol.
