    SAI is dependent on where your car was manufactured/sold. michigan should not have SAI. you would know if you have it due to an extra sensor in your air intake and on your exhaust manifold. it's either both or nothing. the best bang for buck on a header (singular) is the bad-mab one...

    don't waste your money on a strut bar, get front and rear sway bars. if you do the front sway bar, buy some new MOOG endlinks too, it's like 55 bucks for the set, cheaper than stock and much thicker and more reliable. no cobalt comes with a rear sway bar, so you'll have to find an aftermarket...

    keeping in mind, that if you turbo, you're gonna want to think about building internals too...so you don't blow the engine. boost on an SC is different than boost on a TC.

    body kit choice

    a wing on a low powered FWD car is pointless... the only spoiler i like on cobalt's is the SS/TC one, and that's ONLY because of the stance in them. i am disappointed i have not seen an SS/TC in minnesota yet :(
